The Story Behind
For The Love Of Health
I’m Fran, and I’m so glad you’re here.
My journey into holistic wellness began long before certifications or formal training. It began during a period of deep personal change that asked me to slow down, reflect, and rebuild from the inside out.
I am a proud mother of two incredible adult daughters and I share my life with a supportive husband whose encouragement has carried me through every season. A few years ago, I stepped back from the noise of everyday life to focus on healing and understanding myself more deeply.
During that time, I returned to school and became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer. I also rekindled my love of Pilates and became fascinated by the connection between nutrition, movement, hormones, and mental wellbeing.
The biggest transformation however happened within. I discovered that ADHD and depression had been shaping my experience at work, at home, and socially, contributing to anxiety and disconnection. At the same time, I was experiencing the complexities of menopause and feeling out of sync with my body, my relationships, and myself.
What began as a desire to heal became a path toward understanding and empowerment. The tools, practices, and education that supported me through that season helped me regain energy, confidence, and connection. They also revealed my purpose.
For the Love of Health was born from that experience. A space where nutrition, fitness, mindset, and whole body wellness come together to help women thrive, not just cope.


My Mission and Philosophy
My philosophy is centered on the belief that feeling healthy, strong, and confident begins with kindness toward yourself.
Nutrition and fitness are deeply personal and there is no single approach that works for everyone. Every woman has her own story, her own goals, and her own challenges. My work honours that.
I take a gentle, holistic and evidence based approach that focuses on creating meaningful and sustainable changes that support your life, your energy, and your wellbeing.
I support women through all seasons of menopause with practical nutrition guidance, supportive fitness coaching, mindset work, and a focus on whole body wellness. Through education, personalized planning, encouragement, and real world support, I help you feel capable, informed, and empowered to take care of your health in ways that feel right for you.
Together, we nurture gradual shifts that build lasting habits, helping you feel more energized, clearer, lighter in spirit, and more connected to your body. My goal is to help you develop a compassionate and positive relationship with food, movement, and your overall wellbeing so you can feel your best and thrive with confidence.
