The Courage to Continue

![]() Well, here I am again. Attempt number three-ish at starting this blog. And by "three-ish," I mean I've honestly lost count somewhere between the sticky notes, half-finished drafts, random notebook scribbles, and voice memos that seemed brilliant at the time but now make absolutely no sense. If you've ever found a note that simply says something random and thought, "What was I trying to tell myself?" then we might just get along. At first glance, it might look like I've started over. But that's not what this is. This is continuing. This is refusing to give up on something that matters just because it didn't happen on the timeline I imagined. Because life has a funny way of reminding us that progress doesn't always look the way we think it should. Sometimes progress looks like checking everything off your to-do list. Sometimes it looks like surviving the day, reheating your coffee three times, and remembering where you left your keys. Both count. In many ways, this blog represents the same journey I see so many women walking through every day. We tell ourselves we'll start when we have more time. More energy. More motivation. When life settles down. When things aren't so busy. When we feel more like ourselves again. And somehow that perfect moment never arrives ... and for when one glorious second when you think, "yes, this is the time" something always to seem to happen that The truth is healing isn't linear. Growth isn't linear. Finding your way back to yourself definitely isn't linear. Sometimes you're moving forward with confidence. Sometimes you're taking a few steps back. And sometimes you're standing in your kitchen wondering why you walked in there in the first place. That's just life. But every lesson learned, every setback faced, and every time we choose to keep going, we gain something valuable. We're not starting over. We're starting wiser. This blog is a place for honest conversations about wellness, menopause, nutrition, mindset, and finding your way back to yourself. We'll talk about the things that matter. The things that frustrate us. The things that make us stronger. And hopefully, a few things that make us laugh along the way. So welcome to The Sunday Reset. A place to pause, reset, simplify, and prepare for the week ahead. I will warn you now. It won't be perfect. But it will be real. And maybe that's exactly what we need more of. So, here's to The Sunday Reset! Here's to this community. Here's to this next chapter. And here's to having the courage to continue. Until next Sunday, take care of yourself the way you take care of everyone else. With love and wellness,
