Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease a baking dish with butter, ensuring the bottom and sides are well coated.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Add the diced bell pepper, chopped onion, bacon crumbles, and shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture. Stir until evenly mixed.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 to 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden brown.
